I know what it feels like to lose yourself — to feel disconnected from your body, your confidence, and your energy.

I grew up as an athlete, but also struggled with anorexia, binge-eating, depression, and eventually weight gain. When I reached 190 lbs, I knew something had to change — but I needed something deeper than another diet or workout plan.

Fitness and movement helped me rebuild my identity, my health, and my life.
And now, I help women do the same.
