My Journey: From Struggle to Strength
I know exactly what it's like to struggle with your relationship with food, your body, and your self-worth. Here's my story - and why it matters for your transformation.

The Athletic Years
I grew up as a multi-sport athlete - basketball, volleyball, track - you name it. Sports were my life, and I thought I had it all figured out. But behind the athletic success, I was struggling with anorexia and eating disorders that nobody could see.

The Breaking Point

In my early adult years, depression hit hard. I went from restrictive eating to the complete opposite - binge eating became my coping mechanism. I gained weight rapidly, reaching 190 lbs, and felt completely lost and out of control.

Movement became my medicine. Not punishment, not restriction - but healing. I learned to work WITH my body instead of against it. I discovered that sustainable transformation comes from addressing the physical, mental, AND emotional aspects of health.
